The Blue Mountain Humane Society Foster Program is for animals who are awaiting adoption or, in some cases, need temporary foster care due to emergencies.
I fully understand that the animal is just temporarily in my care and legally belongs to the Blue Mountain Humane Society.
I understand that the Blue Mountain Humane Society will provide the necessary supplies to care for my foster animals, including food, formula, litter box, pet carrier, and any medications. Any purchases I make for my foster pet without BMHS approval will be considered a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
I understand that I have the option to adopt the foster animal through the Blue Mountain Humane Society.
I agree to make the foster animal available for potential adopters to meet when requested. I will surrender the animal back to the Blue Mountain Humane Society upon request. Any and all placements will be made through the Blue Mountain Humane Society.
